1. Shipping Method:
We are shipping worldwide (if you can't find your country when you check out, please email to musebridals@gmail.com) by international express such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS, etc. Normally, you can receive your dress in 3 to 7 days after it is shipped.
2. Shipment Tracking:
Once your dress is shipped out, you will receive an email with shipping agency and tracking number, and estimated arrive date. meantime, you can track the parcel in express company's website to see the status.
3. Rush Order Shipping:
If you need the dress urgently, please select "Rush Order Shipping" when you select shipping rate at check out page, and we will rush the order for you, and usually, the total processing time is within12 days including shipping, or earlier.
4. Additional fees involved in international shipping:
Usually, there will be no extra taxes or fees charged by your destination Customs. But in some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties or other fees charged by your destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary from country to country. You can contact your local customs office or visit their official website for more details. In some cases, delays may occur if customs clearance procedures are required, which will affect our estimated delivery time.
5. Addresses that cannot be delivered:
We apologize that military addresses (APO, FPO) & P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered. Please leave us with a specific street address for shipping when you place order.
Attention: if you are from Brazil, please remark your 11-digit CPF in the order NOTE in accordance with your Custom requirements.
6. What happens if you're not available when your parcel arrives?
If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the shipping carrier will leave you a card or call you directly, telling you where the parcel is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be instructions of how to pick up your parcel.
