  1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that each dress is important for each customer, but please note that our dresses are mainly custom-made, once we start the production process for your dress, there will be labor and fabrics costs incurred. Please see details below: 

- Order cancellation within 24 hours after the order is paid: you will get a full refund.

- Order cancellation from 24 to 48 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consist of 50% of the item price and the total shipping cost.

- Order cancellation from 48 to 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consist of 30% of the item price and the total shipping cost.

- Order cancellation beyond 120 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consist of 10% of the item price and the full shipping cost.

- Once the item has been shipped out, the order can't be canceled.

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at musebridals@gmail.com. And we will get back to you with the amount to refund according to the above cacellation policy.

  1. Return Policy

Please email to  musebridals@gmail.com within 2 days after you received the item(s) if you want to return the item(s). Please attach some clear full sight pictures of your items in the email, which will help you to obtain more efficient help and solution from us.

Before you send back the parcels, please get prior approval from our Customer Service department. The after sales related emails should not be interrupted for more than 3 days.

If you are returning items, please make sure they are in good condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged.

1). Wrong Dresses Received

If you receive an incorrect item or the item with wrong color (Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not included), you have following three options:

a. You can keep the incorrect item and we will send you the right one as soon as possible.

b. You can keep the incorrect item, and we refund 50% of the item price. But the shipping cost can’t be refunded because it is charged by shipping company.

c. You can return the dress to our designated address and get a full refund.

2). Sizing or Fitting Issues

Most of our dresses are hand-made and customized, the finished dresses sizes may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. We would do strct check about the size and measurements. Therefore, the mistake on size and measurements are very rare.

In addition, we put additional fabrics in the seams; you can make small adjustments at a local tailor shop.

If you feel the size deviation is too large to be normal, please email to musebridals@gmail.com to get help.

3). Return Flawless Products

If you need to return flawless items, you have to pay 60% of the dress price as restocking fee, and shipping cost is not returnable. And you need to pay the shipping cost to return the dress as well. Please note that returning packages need prior approval from Customer Service Department.

  1. Return Process

1) Please email to musebridals@gmail.com within 2 days after you received the item, please enclose an explanation about the dress problems with photographs for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service Department.

2)  Once you receive the email from musebridals@gmail.com that states your return request is approved, please send back the items to our designated address as soon as possible and update us with a tracking number.

3)  Once we receive the returned item, we will process the case in 2 to 4 business days. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and cannot be shipped back to you. Please kindly note that the refund efficiency also depends on the credit card bank's processing-cycle.
