I had this dress in my "Pinterest" wish list for quite a while but was hesitant to puchase online. After reading the reviews on this design I thought stuff it! I threw caution to the wind and placed my order. The communication and service from the get go was fantastic, measurements were queried and adjusted and then arrived the most perfect dress just as I imagined within 5 weeks. The lining is thick and the lace overlay is thick and of very good quality. Only a couple of adjustments needed but nothing major at all. The material arrived with a funny smell, but we decided to place aromatic wardrobe hanging sachets with the dress until the big day and air it out, save on any possible dry cleaning disaster. I highly recommend Muse Bridal and thank them for making my dream dress come true! It truly is a beautiful dress.
Bought the dress but never received my dress nor did I get a refund and never got a response when I sent a email

1. Your dress was shipped out by DHL on Dec 25th, 2023, it was just shipped out when you contacted us. From DHL official website we saw the package was delivered on Dec 29th, 2023. I believe you have received the dress now.
2. We sent you an order confirmation email(to your yahoo mail) on December 4th, 2023, but we didn't get your response, not sure if you received it or not or if it went to spam. We also sent you an SMS message on Dec 6th, 2023, still no response. And we replied to your follow up email(gmail) timely on Dec 25, 2023, and we still didn't get your reply. We tried many ways to contact you but had no luck. Thanks for your understanding.
3. We take good care of each order, please don't worry. All dresses will be shipped as scheduled. And we reply to all of our customer's emails in a timely manner.

I received the dress. It arrived super fast.
It is exactly how I wanted and how I had imagined it. It's beautiful!
It fits perfectly, just needs a little adjustment on the shoulder, but nothing special.
